- Verify details: confirm your email/username and password on the Upgrade page.
- Reset password: if login fails, reset it and try again.
- Still stuck: contact support. Avoid creating a new account so you keep playlists and likes.
If you receive an email that you're no longer in the family, you've lost Premium and qualify for a renew.

- Option 1: submit the downgraded account. Your key is refreshed for Upgrade.
- Option 2: provide a new, unused email + new password. We create & upgrade a new account and import Liked Songs, Playlists, and Followings.
- Renew your key first.
- Change your Spotify password and try Upgrade again.
- If it still fails, create a new Spotify account and upgrade with the same key.
Some areas of the site may be restricted at our discretion.
We restock weekly, but some countries are harder to replenish. You can wait for restock or use another country. Minor catalog differences may occur. Check live country stocks any time.
Due to Spotify rules, some personal accounts may only be eligible for a one-time upgrade. We provide tools to move your playlists to a new account and upgrade again.
- Account in queue: request waiting. It processes automatically.
- Upgrade/Renew in progress: sit tight. You'll get the result shortly.
- Out of Stock: choose a different country or wait for restock.
- Invalid Account Details: check email/username and password.
- Email Already Linked: the renewal email is already on Spotify.
- 12 Months: can't join a family more than once per year. Provide a new account.
- Already Premium: the account already has Premium.
- Account locked by Spotify: wait a few hours and retry. If shadow-banned, create a new account.
- System Error: resubmit the request.
Used Apple Pay or Google Pay? Check the iCloud/Google email inbox (and spam) tied to that wallet.
- Include the last four digits of the card in your support ticket.
- Minor delivery delays can happen.
- Crypto keys are released after payment confirmation.
- Other payments usually deliver immediately after processing.

Secure, log-free process. Credentials encrypted in transit, cleared after a job completes. No temporary or fake emails needed. Those can compromise accounts.
"Lifetime" refers to the ORPH key being reusable for life, not a permanent Premium flag on your Spotify account. You buy a key once. Upgrade applies it to a Spotify account. If the slot ever ends, use Renew to refresh the key, then run Upgrade again to re-apply.
Under current policy, refreshing a key is free and unlimited. Policy may change in the future, but keys purchased before a change are honored under the terms in effect at purchase.
Branded: looks like ORPH-XXXX-… and identifies the key as ours.
Whitelabel: variants like ORPH-9090-… suited for resellers. Customers can't trace back to us.
