01 Service description
Orphilia provides automated Spotify Premium account upgrade services. Includes:
- Premium upgrades: convert Spotify Free accounts to Premium.
- Key renewals: replace expired or non-working keys.
- Lifetime key: ORPH keys are reusable for life. Free, unlimited key renewals under current policy.
- Reseller API: API access for business customers.
- 24/7 automation: instant key delivery and processing.
02 User accounts
2.1 Account creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must not share your account credentials.
2.2 Reseller accounts
- Require minimum purchase to qualify.
- Get API and rate-limit controls.
- Must comply with API Terms (Section 7).
- Business use only — not for personal account upgrades.
03 Lifetime key and renew policy
3.1 Two-step renew flow
- Step 1: open the Renew page, provide your original key reference. Key is refreshed.
- Step 2: open the Upgrade page, paste the refreshed key + Spotify credentials + country. Slot re-applied.
- Automated processing within minutes under normal conditions.
- No cap on refreshes under current policy.
3.2 Terms of the key guarantee
- Valid as long as Orphilia operates and the underlying Spotify slot model works.
- No time limit or expiration on the key itself.
- Applies to all keys purchased — past and future — honored under the policy in effect at purchase.
- Transferable if you sell your account (contact support).
- Premium on a given Spotify account is subject to Spotify's own rules, including Family plan cooldown.
04 Payment terms
4.1 Pricing
- All prices in USD.
- Prices may change but are honored at time of purchase.
- Volume discounts apply for reseller packages.
4.2 Payment methods
- Credit/debit cards via secure payment processor.
- Cryptocurrency via secure payment processor.
- All payments processed securely by third parties.
4.3 Refund policy
Refunds are issued only after a fully unsuccessful attempt. If our team cannot complete your upgrade or renewal and the service cannot be delivered, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Successful delivery: all sales final. Unlimited free renewals via the Renew page.
- Fully unsuccessful attempt: full refund to original method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial success: no refund. Free renewals and continued support until resolved.
- Buyer's remorse: no refund (digital goods policy).
05 User responsibilities
By using the service, you agree to:
- Valid Spotify account: have an existing Spotify Free account.
- Accurate credentials: provide correct username and password.
- Email access: use a valid email for key delivery and support.
- Country selection: choose the correct country (affects availability).
- Reasonable use: do not abuse the service with excessive requests.
- Spotify TOS: understand Spotify's terms — we are not responsible for their policies.
06 Prohibited uses
You may NOT
- Resell keys without authorization (purchase a reseller package first).
- Use bots or automation to abuse the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems.
- Use stolen payment methods or fraudulent information.
- Exceed rate limits without API authorization.
- Share API keys or violate API Terms.
- Use the service for illegal purposes.
- Impersonate Orphilia or claim affiliation with Spotify.
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
07 API terms (resellers)
7.1 API access
- Granted only to qualified reseller accounts.
- API keys must be kept secure (SHA-256 hashed server-side).
- Rate limits apply (contact for increases).
- See API documentation for details.
7.2 Reseller responsibilities
- Maintain your own customer support.
- Comply with payment processor terms.
- Do not claim to be Orphilia or Spotify.
- Implement proper security (HTTPS, input validation).
7.3 API restrictions
- No scraping or data harvesting.
- No circumventing rate limits or security measures.
- No sharing API keys with unauthorized parties.
- Violation results in immediate API revocation.
08 Intellectual property
- Our content: website design, logos, code, and documentation are owned by Orphilia.
- Spotify trademarks: "Spotify" and related marks are owned by Spotify AB (not us).
- No license: these Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP.
- DMCA: report copyright violations to [email protected].
09 Termination
9.1 By you
Delete your account anytime from Dashboard → Settings. Your ORPH keys remain valid under the Lifetime Key and Renew Policy in Section 3.
9.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse the service or API.
- Violate applicable laws.
10 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
- Service "as is": we provide the service without warranties of any kind.
- No external guarantee: we cannot guarantee Spotify won't change their policies.
- Third-party actions: not responsible for Spotify's actions (bans, policy changes).
- Limited liability: total liability capped at amount paid for the service.
- Consequential damages: not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Dispute resolution
11.1 Contact first
Before legal action, contact us at [email protected]. Most issues resolve quickly.
11.2 Arbitration
Most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:
- Intellectual property claims.
- Claims that qualify for small claims court.
- Injunctive or equitable relief.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
11.3 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles. All disputes are resolved through binding international arbitration as described above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
