Upgrade help
Renewals
- Use Renew if you lost Premium or want to move to a new email.
- We migrate Liked Songs, Playlists, and Following when creating a new account.
- Keep the new password safe. Losing it can make your key unusable.
Keys & statuses
- Check a key's status in Key Info: active, used, purchase date.
- "Key already used" → request a new key or contact support.
- Keep keys private. Never share them publicly.
Availability
- Country out of stock? Check live stocks — restocks happen regularly.
- You can also pick a different available country. Minor catalog differences may occur.
Billing
- Keys are sold on a one-time basis. Reusable for life.
- Refunds are limited. See Terms for details.
- Need a receipt or plan change? Contact support.
Safety & account health
- Use strong, unique passwords. Avoid temporary or fake emails.
- Spotify locks the account? Wait and retry. Persistent issues → create a new account and upgrade.
- We never need 2FA codes. Never share OTPs in tickets.
