Upgrade help

  • Make sure your email/username and password are correct on the Upgrade page.
  • Removed from a family? Try Renew, or create a new account and upgrade.
  • "Already Premium" means the account doesn't need an upgrade. Switch accounts or contact support.

Renewals

  • Use Renew if you lost Premium or want to move to a new email.
  • We migrate Liked Songs, Playlists, and Following when creating a new account.
  • Keep the new password safe. Losing it can make your key unusable.

Keys & statuses

  • Check a key's status in Key Info: active, used, purchase date.
  • "Key already used" → request a new key or contact support.
  • Keep keys private. Never share them publicly.

Availability

  • Country out of stock? Check live stocks — restocks happen regularly.
  • You can also pick a different available country. Minor catalog differences may occur.

Billing

  • Keys are sold on a one-time basis. Reusable for life.
  • Refunds are limited. See Terms for details.
  • Need a receipt or plan change? Contact support.

Safety & account health

  • Use strong, unique passwords. Avoid temporary or fake emails.
  • Spotify locks the account? Wait and retry. Persistent issues → create a new account and upgrade.
  • We never need 2FA codes. Never share OTPs in tickets.
